Can you give me some background about Unity Hospice Care?

Established in 2001, Unity Hospice Care is a full service Hospice care provider. We are committed to providing compassionate care to our patients and families. We believe that each individual should be granted the opportunity to reach the end of life in a dignified and comfortable manner.

Our focus is to enable our patients to live as fully and comfortably as possible while providing spiritual and palliative care through God’s grace. This special care is primarily provided in the patient’s home. However, those living in nursing homes, assisted living facilities or other in-patient facilities may also be eligible.

What is your approach to meeting the total needs of your patients?

Unity Hospice Care is dedicated to a special way of caring for individuals during their final phase of life, offering pain control and symptom relief and allowing the individual to live life as fully and comfortably as possible.

In addition to pain control and symptom relief, hospice provides support for patients and their families during a difficult time. Our focus is on the patient and family rather than the disease.
